`Index` can be one of the following `XlBordersIndex` constants: xlDiagonalDown、xlDiagonalUp、xlEdgeBottom、xlEdgeLeft、xlEdgeRight、xlEdgeTop、xlInsideHorizontal or xlInsideVertical。
